This is the second zoom test i have done on my sony DSC-HX9V ........a few people have contacted me saying that their sony camera was having problems with the zoom....ie jerking from the start of the zoom till the end at full zoom....... i must stress that i'm no expert but from my own experience with this little camera i think the zoom is pretty good......the only gripe i have is that i cannot see anything on the viewing screen in sunlight which makes taking a photo or video difficult, BUT i think this is the case with most cameras......judge for your self from this video clip.if you think the zoom is jerky let me know!!
